Listen carefully to the music and use the music for your choreography; - after 4 x 8 counts start your improvisation based on your own dance technique or style; the movements have to be smooth/fluent/ dansante movements (KNOW what your are dancing); - after 8 x 8 counts do a pose of 4 counts (where force must rays) and then continue with your phrase.
