HERE, In My Apartment Building MONTHLY, AT LEAST $50+ of Beer Bottle and Soda Returns are THROWN OUT CONSTANTLY! Because I have NO EASY WAY TO STORE, AND TRANSPORT THEM I LEFT THEM BE THROWN OUT, Feeling constantly bothered. THAT DOESNT COUNT THE #2 RECYCLABLE PLASTIC BAGS, & other items... THERE IS ENOUGH MONEY Thrown out in square City of Lawrence Block to run A VERY GOOD COMPANY, WITH MANY EMPLOYEES! I have worked out to FEASIBLE Methods for the City & People to get a return of their Investment. AS Mayor, Programs & Projects would have been Partially Funded this way, well, so much for that... I would have organized in 6 Months what Industries would take YEARS To do, JUST WITH THE HELP OF THE CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF LAWRENCE, Just on Plastic Bags, and Bottles! I DONT WANT TO BOTHER DANNY Right now, AND AS FOR Mayor LANTIGUA, I would have worked WITH IT, Had IT NOT BEEN A CRIMINAL, CORRUPT, AND IGNORANT POWER/POSITION HUNGRY Whites PERFECT Stupid Spic SLAVE that Reflected the Whites CONTEMPT FOR Us ALL!
