This is a technical role working with customers, prospects, and our internal sales team. Provide phone and web support for a variety of clients Troubleshoot Application Issues Provide Pre and Post Sales Support for Inside Sales Team Demo the Clarizen solution to a horizontal prospect and customer base Positive attitude, always willing to put the customers needs first Proficient in Webinar Presentations Answer and deliver industry knowledge from inbound inquiries about our solution Up-sell current client accounts A self starter and quick learner comfortable in a fast paced environment where priorities change constantly Problem solve to ensure prospects/clients have no barriers to using the solution Identify any issues which inhibit user activity, communicate these to our SE/R&D team Knowledge of Salesforce; other CRM tools; ASP/API; Web 2.0; SaaS; SOA; & general programming methodologies and Software Architecture Social network savvy: Facebook; Linked In; Twitter Ability to convey technical information in an easy to understand way מיקום: Hod HaSharon, ישראל דרישות התפקיד: Bachelors degree in related field 5+ years of support, help desk and/or sales engineer experience required Prior PM experience/PMP certification a huge bonus Software or Project Management sales knowledge a plus An ambitious and excited attitude Someone who enjoys and follows process driven sales Strong presentation and communication skills Deal oriented and a self starter
