Job Description: The SEO Specialist develops, generates, and interprets periodic performance reports to analyze ongoing site traffic analysis, monitoring organic search placement, and evaluating the effectiveness of the overall SEO strategy. Monitor and analyze SEO tactics and strategies and recommend ongoing changes to improve performance metrics. Research and monitor industry news, trends and local market opportunities. Understanding of search engine optimization practices. Review and expand existing marketing models for generating leads. Develop, document, and update SEO strategy. Manage tactical SEO initiatives including on-site optimizations, keyword analysis, web content development, link-building, site auditing and competitive analysis. Results oriented and attention to detail. Ability to promote a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Good business analysis skills. Ability to be highly proactive in overcoming obstacles to project success. מיקום: Tel Aviv-Yafo, ישראל דרישות התפקיד: Experience Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in search engine optimization, working with top search engines (e.g. Google, Bing and Yahoo!). Experienced with Google Analytics/Google webmaster tool and additional web analytics tools. Experience with Search Engine Optimization concepts, current techniques, core elements and tools. Experience with major social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, etc.). Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data. Web Analytical skills including ability to monitor traffic, understand click through and select relative data for analyzing future action. Experience with Excel. Experience with basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript coding. Experience with CMS systems. Experience in the USA market – a plus. Experience in working in an online gaming company – a plus. English at high level or mother tongue (reading, writing, speaking). Highly motivated and creative with the ability to self-manage. Good communication skills, self-starting, flexibility, with an entrepreneurial attitude to spotting opportunities.
