The Tech support Representative will provide exceptional customer service and problem solving by responding to E-mails ,Chat, remote control or Phone. If you love helping customers, enjoy solving problems and have the desire and passion to learn new technology – you are the one that we are looking for. מיקום: דרישות התפקיד: • At least 1 year experience in tech support. • Familiarity with basic network engineering. • Basic knowledge of operating systems - Windows\Linux. • Basic experience with relational databases. • Desire to learn. • English in a very high level - verbal and written. • Ability and willingness to work in shifts, including weekends. • Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player.
