Governments have tried to rein them in but every attempt had resulted in utter defeat and humiliation. And the funny thing is that their prized weapon isnt a weapon at all. - What is their weapon? - As they state it, seeing. - Seeing? What do they mean by seeing? - Just that: seeing. - I see. - Dont make a joke about it. - Im not. These will be formidable adversaries. - Youre joking. You think its serious? - Much more serious than anything weve ever had to face. - But why? - Look, the easiest man to defeat is the man who refuses to see. He is the man who defeats himself. But save us from the man who chooses to see for himself. He... is the one who cannot be conquered or ruled. He has to be destroyed. - You want to destroy them? - Yes. There is no other way.
