02 Die, 10 Injured In Road Mishaps Two persons died and ten others were injured in different road accidents across the valley, police said on Wednesday. As per a statement a motorcycle bearing registration number JK03/7151 skidded off the road at Kanipora, Kulgam, resulting in on spot death of motorcyclist Pintoo Verma and pillion Babloo residents of Pratabgarh, UP, who were working in a Tile factory as labors at Shurat, Kulgam. The bodies of deceased were handed over to their associates for further disposal. Meanwhile, a Santro car bearing registration number JK01J/9088 turned turtle at Malpora Suchiwan, resulting in injuries to the driver of the vehicle Zahoor Ahmad Malla son of Bashir Ahmad Malla resident of Mohalla Mir Sahib, Baramulla. The injured was shifted to District Hospital Baramulla. Baramulla Police has registered a case in this regard. In another accident, a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK04A/7493 hit a motorcycle bearing registration number JK04B/6032 at Dobhiwan Kunzar, Baramulla, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist Mohammad Iqbal Ganie son of Manzoor Ahmad resident of Adina Magam, Baramulla and a pillion. Both the injured were shifted to JVC, Bemina, Srinagar for treatment. In another accident, a motorcycle bearing registration number JK01M/1873 and a Scooty bearing registration number JK04b/0103 collided at Gagerpora, Narbal, Budgam, resulting in injuries to four persons. All the injured have been shifted to JVC, Bemina, Srinagar for treatment. Budgam Police has registered a case in this regard. In another accident, a Bus bearing registration number JK013/5277 hit a tipper bearing registration number JK04A/6500 at Kunzar, Baramulla, resulting in injuries to a bus passenger and tipper conductor. Both the injured were shifted to Hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard. In another accident, a motorcycle skidded of the road at Bonigam, Kulgam, resulting in injuries to the motorcyclist Shabir Ahmad Bhat son of Ghulam Ahmad resident of Rarkipora, Khushipora, Kulgam. The injured was shifted to Bone and Joint hospital, Srinagar for treatment. Kulgam Police has registered a case in this regard.
