1 Die, 7 injured in road accidents: Farhan Qayoom, Sachnews Jammu Kashmir Reporter: Srinagar, June 02: One person died while seven others were injured in different road accidents across the valley. A Xylo vehicle ( JK01Q-0164) rammed into a popular tree near High School Choora,Tarzoo Sopore, resulting in injuries of 05 passengers. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Among the injured Mohammad Sidiq Wani resident of Kupwara succumbed to his injuries at SMHS hospital, Srinagar. Meanwhile, a Maruti car (DL9CN-6441) hit a Motorcycle (MHI2DV-8932) at Mattan Market near JK Bank, Anantnag, resulting in injuries to the motorcyclist. The injured was shifted to Hospital for treatment. In another accident, a Tractor (JK05D-4264) rammed into fencing at Sagipora Sopore,Bomie Sopore, resulting in injuries to a pedestrian. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. In another accident, an unknown vehicle hit and injured 17 year old Shazia Gaffar daughter of Abdul Gaffar Khan resident of Udhipora Langate near Batapora Crossing, Handwara. She was shifted to hospital for treatment.
