1. Only bona fide students and/or faculty members can participate in the motorcade, except for the driver who might be a hired person or the owner of the vehicle to be used. 2. These “outsiders” should secure a letter approved by the OSA Director, Mr. Belindo S. Aguilar, MARE, Safety Security Director, Mr. Jonathan Dorola, and a visitor’s I.D. or permit from the guard’s desk. 3. Each team is only allowed a maximum of two (2) vehicles, which means they could have either 1 or 2. 4. Hence, the required vehicles to be used should be pick-up trucks. This is to accommodate enough number of passengers. 5. Only the current Mr. SPC candidate, the current Ms. SPC candidate, two (2) drivers, the team head and three (3) of his/her chosen teammates or faculty members of the team and fourteen (14) other team members, for a total of 22 delegates – strictly a maximum of eleven (11) persons per vehicle. 6. In case the team head is preoccupied at the time being, he/she can send a representative who is a bona fide student/faculty of his/her own team. 7. Only four (4) people should occupy the back loader of the pick-up truck. This is strictly for security purposes. The extendable lid of the back loader should not be extended and should serve as a rear fence. 8. The route of the motorcade is attached to this document. 9. The motorcade will start at 12:00 noon up to 1:30 pm. In case the motorcade ends before the timeframe, let it be. 10. All the participants for the motorcade must be present 10 minutes before starting the motorcade proper. 11. The first vehicle in the convoy should be the music caravan, to be followed by the vehicle with the SALIGAN officers occupying it. The next vehicle sequences will be determined by drawing of lots. There shall be no alternating of team vehicles in the convoy.
