1) Yay! Good days drive done...but whew! WA to IA is a bit longer than Charleston to IA...haha. 2) Were bombing ISIS & Ebola estimated to hit approx. 1 million (worst case scenario) by February. And the world turns. 3) Im very tired of Paleo news stories, & posts, & Pinterest recipes. Im sure its great...Im sure youve researched & can recite 10 ways its better than (and completely NOT) a fad diet. Eat your paleo avocado & organic legumes & leave my sugar-filled Greek yogurt eating (& diet soda drinking) self alone. Plus, my chocolate cake tastes much better than yours. Eat in moderation & enjoy life.
