1 more :)....after the recent hard freeze nights, once again I was grateful for my star jasmine vine (some call it confederate star)...these vines are drought hardy, and can survive down to something like 10 degrees, and Ive gotten this one up over 7 feet high. Not a leaf drops, ever, from freeze or drought; just have to keep cutting it back. They only bloom once a year, in late April to May with dozens of tiny white fragrant flowers. I recommend it for folks looking for a climbing vine in our desert climate that also doesnt require much water after its established.
