10:42pm 2 April 2014 Last week I was at the university job fair, representing Decathlon with other 3 managers, so finally I got a chance to see whats going on with the Taiwan local students, what do they think, what do they do, whats there in their minds, whats the future prospect. Its delightful experience because I didnt study Uni in Taiwan. Through interview, I could see more, interesting 3 months ago I was interviewed by someone and now I interview people, a lot of students walk by and I could see them through, simply because characteristics really mold a person, what you are thinking, what types of personality you have really shape your external outlook, so call the theme, I use theme to describe a person, its like a feeling, when I see a person, whats kinds of feel I got from this person, its critical, because first impression decide whether I gonna stop this person or not. And I am thinking again. For every person, every individual, there are a lot of traits around, all connected. When I see a lady, I can see compassion, joy, taste, sense of elegance. When I see a guy, I can see determination, courage, disciplines, do-er. A lots of elements to be seen and yeah to discover as well. So I say its not really job are looking for personality, adversely its personality looking for job, if a person has a special kinds of personality, usually the job will find them. Its interesting, and more over, every person in a team has a character, and if the character is obvious, it will in some way lead the team. Interesting right!? You will see.
