10:47 AM Between shopping and everything else going on, I missed this story from last night. The families of the Har Nof Massacre terrorists are suing Israel - because Israel is refusing to release the terrorists bodies. Israel hasnt decided what it will do with bodies, whether to bury them somewhere and not tell the families where, or just hold on to them, but the government is going to essentially experiment and see if this could be a deterrence that works against these terrorists who dont care that they will be killed. If the families and future terrorists know the bodies arent going to get a proper funeral, it might reduce the incentives to encourage martyrdom.
