10-year-old Jermaine Ford lives in a two-bedroom apartment with his mother, two sisters, and his moms female friend. There is no male role model in Jermaines life, his family says. Thats likely what has sparked so much interest in this video. A local police officer noticed Jermaine playing catch by himself one day as he was driving through the complex. He took a few minutes out of his day to toss the football around with Jermaine. He had no idea who the boy was, or why he was playing catch by himself. It was all captured on the officers dash-cam.
