10 years ago, on July 25, 2004, either completely randomly, or by total fate, Jeffrey Nelsen walked into my life. I was young and had no clue what I was looking for in a life partner (or even what I should be looking for in a life partner.) We met at a concert I was singing at and went out after with mutual friends where we danced the night away. The next day (yes, he called me the next day) we went out for our first proper date where we went out for sushi. 10 years later, Im so thankful for that random (or fated) night we met. In him, I have the sweetest husband and most caring father to our son. He spoils me, tells me Im beautiful, listens to me, talks about his feelings with me.... He does sweet, romantic, thoughtful things for me on a daily basis. 10 years ago, I had no idea what a soul mate was....Today, I am lucky enough to say I experience true love every day. 10 years!!!! Wow.
