1000 LIKES! I reprint this response I just made to Tyler, because we are so thrilled with all you good friends!********************* Wow, thank you Tyler. We do have a straight record and a good name thankfully. I think we still have a 99% satisfaction rate. More like ecstatic level to be honest. We did have that one guy back in 2009 that felt the claspers were not erect enough on his 3 foot shark, and that the grey was not dark enough so he flamed us pretty harshly and followed through on getting a few people to cancel their orders. But what can I say when we did everything possible including repainting his shark for free to please him. Plus thousands of other customers since have gotten their sharks and are still thrilled with them, claspers and grey tones included.. Plus look at all the new friends I have been blessed to meet. And before selling these sharks we never had the honor of answering the phone and getting to talk to Joe Alves, Cal Acord, Greg Nicotero, Griff and Steven Furst... I tell you all, we are the luckiest, most Blessed folks around to know you all. It has sure been an honor to be involved in this art, interest, fan base and community. We cant thank you all enough for including us and remembering us and keeping up with our adventures. You all seriously just Rock!☺
