#100HappyDays Day 67 I try to live in the moment, but with fibromyalgia you are hoping for the pain free moments. Friday was another bad fibro day. Spent most of the morning very achy (cooler/wet weather coming) and in and out of bed. Then I spent some time trying to get inspired to clean the house ... didnt happen! Had to literary force myself to get to the store to buy a few of the household necessities (on the last roll of toilet paper and paper towels). I was happy I did as I ran into to Gary, a homeless man who I have gotten to know for over 2 years. He has a rather large round sausage shaped white pit bull named Freya. She is so sweet and always excited to see me. I keep telling him to not let her eat so much, but people keep giving her treats and he feeds her a lot of people food. Poor thing wont be able to walk if she keeps putting on weight and he would be lost without her. I bought her a dental chew, gave him some money, a hug and headed home. They definitely both brightened my day. Came home, put groceries away and collapsed again! After dinner my muscles still aching, I told Ron I was going to lay down to stretch and ... took a 2 hour long nap!!! And yes later ... I did have a cookie or two! 🍪🍪
