12/26/14 Flexibility Training (12/26 유연성 훈련) So freaking close to achieving the Pancake stretch. I just need a tiny bit more flexibility on my groin and I will definitely have it. My goal is to get it by March 2015 :D 펜케익 스트레칭 달성 하기 일보직전이네요. 사타구니 유연성만 조금더 늘리면 배가 완전히 땅에 닿을수 있을것같네요. 2015년 3월까지를 목표로 훈련중입니다 :D
