Come out cheer on the coaches as they thrown copious amounts of weight and network with fellow CFers. This is open for coaches and box owners to compete and open for all spectators This is an event that will bring Coaches from around Ohio together for a competition/opportunity to network. We will have a COACHES ONLY 5 event competition with male and female divisions, STARTING AT 9AM-UNTIL ALL HEATS HAVE FINISHED, that will test you in every aspect of fitness, including some sport specific skills. After the event will be the standard hang out, drink a few beverages, eat some food and take the opportunity to get to know the Amazing community of Coaches and Box owners and to learn from each other and bounce Ideas off one another. Its inevitable, when CFers get together, great things happen. Lets take a day away from all the stress of owning a business or programming or what ever your roll is to unwind and have fun!
