Tournament Rules: ASA/USA rules as per the 2013 ASA Rule Book and the ASA Code and Region 7 Guidelines will Govern Pool Play, you will be able to bat your line up and free substitution. Pools can end in a tie. All B & C division Bracket games will be 1 hour and 15 min finish the inning or 7 innings The International Tie breaker rule will be in effect for bracket games Run Rule: 15 after 3 innings or 8 after 5 innings per ASA rules Run Rules for class B and C division will include 5 runs per half inning Home team will be determined by a coin flip by the umpires at the pregame coaches conference Team listed on the top of the bracket will occupy first base dug out-unless playing back to back on the same field Line ups are due to the scorekeepers 15 min prior to your game Protest per the 2013 ASA Rules of Softball
