14th October 2014, city Kiev, failed state Ukraine Fascist party Svoboda and other fascists organizations claimed from Parliament of Ukraine recognize UPA [In Your countries you know it as UIA (Ukrainian Insurgent Army)]. Ukrainian fascists claim recognition of the UPA as the army that fought for Ukraines independence and as a combatant in World War II. This recognition will mean equating UPA fighters to the veterans of World War II. UPA veterans can receive benefits and cash assistance, benefits may require their relatives. Also, it would mean the glorification of Nazi criminals, convicted by the Nuremberg Tribunal, at the state level, creation of the monuments and memorials for them. At the same time, in Ukraine will be the destruction of monuments dedicated to the victory of the army of the USSR over fascism. As a historical reference, the UPA was created and armed by Nazi Germany to fight against the guerrillas and for terror raids against the population of Ukraine. UPA had only punitive functions, when Germans tried to use them on the front against the troops of the Red Army, Ukrainian Nationalists fled. Germans have created several major factions within the UPA, led by Melnik, Bandera, Bulbash - Borovets and others. This was done on purpose, these groups are fighting for the attention of the owners, killed the competitors and could not unite. When guerrilla groups capturing machine guns and cannons and became stronger, it happened in the beginning of 1942, the Ukrainian nationalists began to be afraid to attack them. Their masters, the German fascists despised Ukrainian nationalists for it. So, Germans were forced to use Ukrainian nationalists against civilians only and UPA surpassed the German Nazis by cruel executions of civilians in Ukraine . The most famous mass executions committed by Ukrainian nationalists are Volyn massacre and Lviv massacre Descendants and followers of these criminals against humanity were brought to power by regime the United States.
