15 October 2014 Omar al-Bashir President of Sudan sudan.gov.sd/index.php/en/contacts/ContactsUS#.VD5ZQGfNvIU [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] President al-Bashir, Re: immediate cessation of covert depopulation measures Population control under the guise of family planning began in 1965 in Sudan, when the Sudan Family Planning Association (SFPA), an affiliate of the notorious International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), was established “to reduce the high rate of natural population increase” and contraceptives were made available to the people through private and public clinics. There is no evidence, however, of either coercion or compulsion between 1965 and 2005, which is why the total fertility rate dropped only from a constant of 6.6 to 5.1 children per woman; 5 children being the preferred family size of the Sudanese people according to the Sudan Demographic and Health Survey 1989/1990 conducted with financial support from USAID and UNICEF and with technical assistance from the Institute for Resource Development, three organizations deeply involved in the global genocide. Since 5 children per woman is eons away from replacement level fertility – the stated goal of the first phase of the Global Depopulation Policy – and the population of Sudan ballooned from 10 million in 1955 to 21 million by 1983 and to an estimated 30 million by 2000, despite a state of continuous war in the country since its independence, the UN and western aid agencies rehabilitated your nation’s Expanded Programme of Immunization (EPI) and began subverting the people’s natural fertility and violating their reproductive rights by inserting sterilizing agents into polio, measles, and tetanus vaccines, which are being delivered through routine immunization services with or without your government’s knowledge and certainly without the people’s knowledge or consent. As a result, the total fertility rate has decreased from the preferred 5 children per woman to just 3.9 today despite the fact that the contraceptive prevalence rate is only 9% and can therefore not account for the decrease in Sudan’s total fertility rate. Given the dire demographic and economic situation of Sudan, which is made evident by endemic famine, high infant mortality rates, a total dependency ratio of almost 80% (73% for youth and 6% for elderly), a median age of only 19 years, and the fact that 32% of Sudan’s children are underweight, I do not for a second doubt the need for effective population control. Anything, including forced sterilization and castration, is better than watching your children starve to death and Sudan being the fifth hungriest nation in the world and suffering from an “alarming hunger situation” according to the Global Hunger Index, and having one of the worst Human Development Indexes in the world, and with one in five Sudanese living below the international poverty line of US$1.25 per day, your government has no choice but to combat population growth by any means available. Instead of heading straight towards another genocide by conventional armed conflict and famine as in Darfur, or allowing your nation to be drawn by the UN and international aid agencies into a scientifically engineered genocide as in the West, I urge you to choose the third option, which is the only legal, ethical and decent action, namely population control legislation that will restrict family size to replacement level fertility. Your country is mostly desert and its food growing potential is already exhausted; desertification, soil erosion, deforestation, exhausted soil fertility and sinking water tables are serious problems; the IMF has imposed macroeconomic reforms; and a third of your budget comes from UKAid and Operation Lifeline Sudan (OLS), which is a consortium of UN agencies and NGOs that dictate the terms of humanitarian assistance. You are therefore under a rock and a hard place. To win the elbow room necessary to do the right thing for your people, I urge you to join me in forging global consensus for a population control law that applies worldwide, is imposed from the UN Security Council level as a Planetary Security Prerogative, and forces all nations of earth to legislate replacement level fertility and to reduce their populations to an ecological optimum. I hope that you will help me in this task and save your people and the world from genocide. In the meantime, please read and distribute my books free of cost to your public servants and to your people so that they may know how to protect themselves from the subversive methods of population control imposed on the world by the UN and its western sponsors. You will find the bulk of my work here: uvic.academia.edu/KevinGalalae. I stand by to help you in any way I can and without expectations of financial rewards, on the understanding that my children’s lives depend on your actions as much as your children’s lives depend on my actions. Sincerely, Kevin Galalae Center of Global Consciousness
