15th Sunday in Ordinary Time-How hungry are we for Gods Word? The Parable of the Sower. Jesus taught many things to those who would listen and learn. The seed sown is the Word of God...the Gospel...Scripture...Good News...Spiritual Food. The sower is Our Lord Jesus Christ. The teachings feed our souls. Christ is the one who scatters the seed of His Word. Jesus Christ preaches to us today through our priests in church at Sunday Mass and the priest tells us at the end of the Mass, Go in peace to love and serve the Lord. We say, Thanks be to God. Lets take Gods Word as we leave His house to proclaim the Good News to others. It is our duty to cultivate the earth so that the Word-seeds can produce good fruit.See you at Mass.
