173 this morning, up to 52 sit ups and 32 half push ups and 40 curls with 10lb dumb bells, and 10 straight leg toe touches and a 2.5 mile jog (walk if conditions are bad)...for some reason that last pound eludes me. But once it may be a good thing because once I weigh 171.5-172 there is only maintenance, I really believe it will just happen if I keep doing what I am doing, after all this is what I want to weigh for the rest of my life, and I want to stay fit it will make the quality of my life much better.
