1984 Sears National This footage was found on a VHS in one of my boxes in storage. It is from my friend who started recording motorsports back in the 80s. He is now a freelancer for many top level sporting venues around the world. Post editing and titles were done by me. I believe this is my second professional race. It was the 1984 AMA National at Sears Point Raceway in Sonoma, CA. I qualified on the inside of the 3rd row and a small wheelie placed me in 16th position going into turn 2. I battled on and ended the race in 8th place.
