1994 Rockwood XL tent trailer, 12 box, nearly 16 overall when closed, over 22 when open. Very large and roomy trailer for a large family, sleeps as many as you can fit on king, queen, and twin beds. Fully loaded with dining table, lots of cabinets and counter space, stand-up closet, pop-up kitchen countertop with sink, 3-way fridge, inside/outside 3-burner stove, water pump, 6 gallon water heater, 30 gallon fresh water tank, inside shower and built-in cassette toilet (very easy to remove tank, dump, & clean), outside shower, and furnace. Stabilizer jacks on all four corners. Everything works, no water damage, solid floors, good overall condition. Canvas in great condition, no rips or damage. Crank mechanism is regularly lubed.
