1st Phase in my workouts is done as of today. This week I step up my game. Here is the lineup for the week: Monday: Rest day - stretching and preparing for what is to come Tuesday: Insanity (Have not decided which video yet - I have been doing pure cardio but may switch it up) - any suggestions? Wednesday Morning: 4-5 mile run (2 quick with increasing distance and 2 slow) Wednesday Night: P90X Chest and Back Thursday: Insanity (Have not decided which video yet - I have been doing pure cardio but may switch it up) - any suggestions? Friday Morning: 4-5 mile run (2 quick with increasing distance and 2 slow) Friday Night: P90X Shoulders and Arms Saturday Morning: Insanity (Have not decided which video yet - I have been doing pure cardio but may switch it up) - any suggestions? Saturday Afternoon or night: Small hike with 10 or 15 lbs on my back Sunday Morning: 4-5 mile run (2 quick with increasing distance and 2 slow) Sunday Night: P90X Legs and Back Any suggestions or hints anyone?
