2-05N-06W Grady County, OK In 1923 there were 4 Oil and Gas Attorneys who bought the track known as the Swamp for the Oil Gas and Other Minerals and the surface went with the sale. 1983 Ward Petroleum Drilled a producing Springer Sands well in this section. Subsequently 450k was in suspense on this track when a gentleman came forward to claim title to the 100 acres. This man did not have Marketable title and was not the rightful heir. Since this there has been another court ruling separating this piece into the 4 original Oil and Gas Attorneys heirs and 83 plus people. Moving forward 15 years the Swamp has just set until another duck hunter figured out a way to get ownership for the use of Waterfowling. 4 years ago I acquired that interest from the original waterfowler and moved forward with a quiet title suit.
