2 Corinthians 1:21-22 (NIV) 21 Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, 22 set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come. There Will Come A Time There will come a time when the energy invested in loving another incapable or willing to reciprocate that same love due to FEAR, IMMATURITY OR SELFISHNESS will penetrate the deepest parts of our heart & soul. There will come a time when the long hours, being punctual, dedicated & numerous sacrifices while pursuing that career or j-o-b will cause us to reevaluate everything especially when it pulls away from God and His plan for our lives. There will come a time when the terminal illness, financial obligations, deception, betrayal, denial, generational family curses & unforeseen circumstances/tragedies puncture our heart leaving us with a feeling of despair & the reality of insufficient funds in our personal checking account also known as the heart as well as our personal savings account known as the soul become our reality. Hold on my brother/sister & NEVER forget God is our OVERDRAFT PROTECTION. God took the time to breathe life (Holy Spirit) into our lifeless worldly bodies & deposit more than we could every comprehend or fully withdraw during this lifetime here on earth. God is our true Source & others will become a resource used by God. There is someone who sits HIGH and is constantly listening to the praises of those seeking to be righteous & the cries of those who are weary & have lost their way. There is someone who continually gives new grace & mercies daily. There is someone who loves us past the grime & guilt of yesterday, the mud of today & the dirt meant to torment us in the days to come. WE must never lose sight of the ONE who has invested in our past, present & future because HE will never leave nor forsake us. No, we are not the woman or man God has called us to be but we are far from the boy or girl we once were. WE must take the time to Thank God for His love, grace, mercies, faithfulness & much more in our life because today is a new day. We’ve been given another opportunity to put an end to generational curses, love past our pain, smile through our ailments, give sight to those walking in darkness while allowing the beauty of sowing a seed into another’s life because in the end we’re making a valuable investment into our own life & future. I have hurt some & been hurt by many but it is my love of the Lord that gives me strength to reach out to those who interceded on my behalf during the dark hours, pray for those who hurt me, extend mercies to those who taunt or try to devour me while praying for all despite knowing their story or their struggle. May the Lord draw us nigh unto HIM as we truly begin to enter into our destiny. The deposit made into our temple was not on accident or a coincidence but it is the plan of God. Everything works together for the good of those who love HIM and have been called according to HIS purpose. Let’s not deny ourselves the joy of knowing we are loved by listening to those placed in your life to criticize, distract or detour us from our calling but seek the face of God & allow LOVE to penetrate the deepest parts of our being & it will eventually overflow into another accepting Christ as their Savior & Lord.
