2 days ago on wednesday the 4th of September, something I will never forget happened.. Something that has changed me and the course of my life. My girlfriend and I were going or Pizza. We saw a man in his handi-cart hanging downwards, no one helping him as he wss not exactly on top of the "food Chain". We ran too him, try too get into contact with him, tilted his head and took of his tight jacket and wristwatch. He was 120-125 Kg. But I managed to carry him myself due to the adrenalin. MY girlfriend commenced CPR and mouth to mouth whilst I was tilting him and making sure his bloodways were ok. We did this for 4-5 minutes untill his sternum gave in and broke. The paramedics came, and said he had suffered a major blood clot in his heart, and that if he was too survive it was thanks to us. He saud we acted fast and couragously. We also took the liberty to clean up the scene afterwards as there were syringes and blood everywhere. He is stabile now, but in an induced coma. We do not know of the consequences yet. I knew this man.. BILL he might look scruffy, but his heart is of gold! We are not to judge people.. I am ashamed no one helped before we came! So ashamed.. But also happy we did.. I have never experienced such a plethora of feelings before.. Happy, Sad, overwhelmed.. Sorry about the grammar and spelling errors.. Cant be arsed to correct.. Just need to get this out..
