200-million Social Security numbers and other bits of personal information sold? Thats likely twice as large as the Target data breach. And is it in fact a breach if the subsidiary in question in fact intentionally sold the data to a criminals that then re-sold it? Pretty soon (if not already) there will be nobody left with private information that is not readily accessible to anybody, much less just criminals. Then where do we go?
