2014-04-10 (THU) Dont lower your guard after the Victory People love to enjoy their victory but pay less attention after their victory. Most tend to be over confident after their victory. Joshua and the Israelites did the same mistake, after God gave them Jericho they thought they could take Ai easily and did not pray or listen to God. Joshua listened to his spies instead and sent two to three thousand men to take Ai, but they were defeated because they were proud and did not seek Gods presence. When they returned to Joshua, they said, Not all the people will have to go up against Ai. Send two or three thousand men to take it and do not weary all the people, for only a few men are there. - Joshua 7:3 (New International Version) Father Lord, Thank you for giving us victory and success in our life.
