2014 Annual Hoosic Valley Stampede Bowl-A-Thon FRIDAY APRIL 4TH 6PM – 8PM Hilltop Bowl Hansen Rd. in Speigletown This fundraiser is to benefit the Hoosic Valley Stampede Football and Cheerleading program. All football players and cheerleaders are required to participate. We would also like to extend the invitation to any family member who would like to participate as well. The cost will be $15.00 per person. Through fundraising we are able to keep registration costs low. Without fundraising our program would not be able to continue and flourish as it has. Please make every attempt to participate in this fundraiser. The Stampede needs you!! We will have pizza, drinks and prizes!! There will be prizes in each division for raising the most money and awards for bowling scores. Free raffle tickets for the kids to win prizes as well!! I have written the script below for your child to use when asking for a donation for the Bowl-A-Thon. Feel free to use this or some variation of it. “Hi, my name is ___________ and my football / cheerleading team is holding a Bowl-A-Thon fundraiser to raise money for our program. Can you donate $5 to support our team and the Bowl-A-Thon?” Simple as that. Do that five times and you have met your minimum amount of $25. And remember the player from each division that raises the most money is going to get an awesome prize at the Bowl-A-Thon!! Thanks and Good Luck!
