2014 Berg-Cup Eichenbühl Unterfranken, race start 2 - This is where the new 5k engine blew up. I felt in the beginning something was wrong. I asked Kati in the line-up do you hear anything in the engine. I did not hear anything myself, but i had the feeling and you see the result in the end. I could have stopped when i saw the smoke, but though i will finish if there would have been only two race starts i would have got good points.. I´m still not sure what was the root cause. Oil pressure there was until the end (on the last corner it was lower than normally as you see my warning light turned on) and water temperature did not rise too high either. That was why i kept going i though it was only a cylinder head gasket or something..
