2014 IMEKO CONVENTION RULES You are welcome to the 3rd ccc internationl youth convention holding at the conference center imeko. while we appreciate your commitment and sacrifice both financial and time,it is important to inform you of the rules and regulations guiding this years convention which we expect you to strictly adhered to and also to inform you that the convention will not tolerate a breach of any of the rules as this is assemblage of people in christ, all our doings and sayings must edify christ and each and everyone of us must know that we are ambassador of our parishes 3 hrs · Public Oluseyi Oluwadurotimi Charles Rule number 1:all attendees must register andhave his/her tag on during the convention.2:every youth must remain within theconventionground for the duration of the convention. 3:Allyouth must see each others as brothers/sisters inchrist hence give absolute respect toeach other.4:all youths must abstain from use ofabusivelanguage(s) in or the convention ground.5:kindly report any annoying issue to the securityor any of the orgernizers,do not attempt toresolvethe issue yourself. 6:do not take what do notbelong to you,reportany found items to theimformation desk. 7:please note that foods willbe served using tickets;therefore ensure you keepyours safely8:the security operatives wil be strictwith movements please cooperate with them.9:no participants is allow to stay on the floorswhile the programme is on in the hall. 10:No maleis allow in the female area vice versa. 11:allparticipant is expected to be in thier sutana.except during aerobics,so come along with yoursport wears. 12:music playing nd noise making isprohibited. during rest hours. 13:cooking is notallowed on theconvention ground 14:all eventtiming must be strictly observed. 15:all cases ofsickness must be reported to the medicals16:ifyou will be unable to adhere. to the above rulesand regulations kindly state it so as to beexcused from the convention.thanks
