2014 What an amazing year. I am so thankful for Everyone of my friends that me also my clients. I love how you motivate each other and pick each other up when your down. Offen times Ill see someone go out of their way to be a blessing to the other. Ive seen some of you come in barely being able to do a push up and now it effortless. There are those of you who lost 80 plus lbs of weight and others who are just beginning. I want to take a minute to say to those who have hit the wall!!! Plateaued 👿 I am most proud of you!!! For not giving up for staying strong and trusting God knowing he will meet you at the foot of your actions You Will Have Victory! The weight-loss journey is not a easy one. The first thing you should do upon hitting a plateau is try to determine the cause. Could you be eating more calories than you think? Research shows that most people under-report the number of calories they eat—it’s not that they’re lying; they just don’t know how to make an accurate assessment of how much they’re eating. And even if you’re eating fewer calories than before you lost the weight, you could be eating just enough to maintain your current weight at your current activity level. Unfortunately, people’s bodies adjust their metabolism to resist weight change. This means that you burn fewer calories when you start consuming fewer calories. So, while a diet of 1,800 calories per day helped you lose a certain amount of weight, if you’ve hit a plateau, it could be that 1,800 calories is the exact amount you need to stay at your current weight. 2015 we will do better on eating and I will hold you accountable! Lets make this year the best year of your lives! ooh, almost forgot to thankHeather McLean Shawn Hodges , Stephanie Stephanie Blair Fuller,Megan Platt, Katie Austin, Amanda Gray for helping me with classes💕 I am best and highly favored by God to have each and everyone of yall!
