2015 has begun! So you decided to workout more? Get healthier?! Yeyyy! Meee too! I shall continue my journey to the best me! And Im sharing with all of you how and why! Stress really kills! I was overweight (and still am but working on it ), depressed, sick, seemed like just getting out of bed was a challenge, no sleep, not hungry, not nourished... heart issues will do that to you. Divorce is never easy or simple. No matter how people want you to react and behave. Your heart and soul are broken and your body pays the price if you dont take the right measures. Then you make decisions based on anger and disappointment and THAT never works out well so you just keep spiriling down hill!! So I found Zeal! Decided to try it, couldnt get me worse than I was, right?! And promised to share the results, either good or bad that I personally got! I still cant get into my size 6 jeans, But they are there hanging in my closet waiting for me! I didnt do it as strict as I could of, (honesty is important to get the best results) i tried to work out at least an hour everyday . Walk, yoga, circuit training, basketball, elliptical, zumba, the loop at SWAU, squats while doing dishes, dance around and just move! It was hard. But after a couple of weeks the body just wants it!
