22 years ago at this exact moment this is what happened: Pinkey Stewart rolled me into OR suite 3, Jim was getting his scrub suit on while joking & clowning with Dr Herman Kellum. I was fading in & out but I knew I wanted to get off that table...Dr weeks comes in, turns radio on, Gary Morris was singing wind beneath my wings, Herman gets my attention & says You OK?, You ready? Then all I hear is My Gosh, come look Jim! & you know the rest of the story! Happy Birthday Jay Harper!
