22 years ago today God saw fit to reach down and pull me out of darkness and bondage. He gave me a new lease on life and ordered my steps. I never dreamed I would survive so many trials & tribulations. But through it all Jesus has been my anchor. He introduced me to a spiritual program that allowed me to develop and strengthen my relationship with Him and others who came from similar backgrounds. Then He moved and positioned me in a different arena in ministry of which Ive fallen in love with. Coupled with my experience, strength and hope of the steps and beautiful relationships in a fellowship of men and women who are recovering, God through the hearing and teaching of His Word through my spiritual leaders has changed my life tremendously! My relationship with God allows me to say yeah I did that but thats not who I am today! So you see I know about FREEDOM because Jesus offered it and I said yes! I am forever grateful to God for the transformation process that started 22 years ago! My life hasnt been the same. I cant thank Him enough for delivering me out of bondage, transformation of my mind and giving me a new perspective on life. Today He uses me as I voluntarily give myself away so He can use me to help save the unsure, lost and unsaved and yes even the back slider because I know Him for myself. I dont judge because Im not God, I dont cosign cause its not of God and I love unconditionally as best I can cause that is God. Grateful for life and thank God for my WHOLELIFE!
