#2213 i really like band since i joined it. i dont ever regret joining band. however,i dislike how people change when the conductor changes. discipline dropped and everyone start arriving late.during sectionals,people will slack cause they think that they had practiced enough and they are better than the rest,just cause the new conductor is less strict. i also hate how people change after they get major post, they can become the worst leader you ever met even though they were like your best friends before the election.
