225lb #squats last night for sets of 12 reps. Even though the weight is lighter, I still keep my form the same as if it was 300+ lbs on my back. Proper breathing technique is SO important for #squatting, #deadlifting, and #benching. When the weight is light, or I get too excited for the lift (happens very often lolol), or nervous, I often cut my breath short and do not brace my abdominal wall enough. Practice makes (not quite) perfect lol. Trying to get better at it each session #teamnorton #teamscience
