FORECAST: The regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Bicol and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with scattered light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough. Winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to north will prevail over Visayas and coming from the north to northwest over Mindanao with slight to moderate seas.
