24-HOUR PUBLIC WEATHER FORECAST Issued at: 5:00AM 10 June 2013 SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 a.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm "DANTE" was estimated based on all available data at 1,030 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes (22.2°N, 133.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It is forecast to move North Northeast at 15 kph. FORECAST: Forecast: MIMAROPA, Bicol region and Western Visayas will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest to west will prevail over Extreme Northern Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
