25-07-2014 >> (JK BOPEE) >> Diploma Polytechnic 2014 Final round of Counselling for Upgradation/Allotment and Counselling Schedule For Admission In The Institutions Of Jammu Division, Leh And Kargil Only. > Notification No. 75-BOPEE of 2014 Dated: 23-07-2014 > Consequent upon the available shortfall of candidates in all polytechnic colleges of Jammu Division, Leh and Kargil, the first round of upgradation/change of institution and final round of counselling for allotment of discipline/institution for 3 Year Diploma Polytechnic Courses-2014 will be held at J&K BOPEE office: 4th Floor, South Block, Bahu Plaza, Jammu as per the following scheduled: Via For →VOICE of students > COUNSELLING SCHEDULE FOR UPGRADATION/ALLOTMENT COUNSELLING > Date : MARKS FROM TO > (UPGRADATION/ALLOTMENT for all category candidates, including missed counselling/admission & C.N.A.) > 1. 30/7/2014 : 0 to 124.80 : All Reserved Category except Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFW), candidates having secured 0-12.80 marks > 2. 31/7/2014 : 51.60 to 124.80 > 3. 01/8/2014 : 40.80 to 51.40 > 4. 02/8/2014 : 33.80 to 40.60 > 5. 03/8/2014 : 28.00 to 33.60 > 6. 04/8/2014 : 22.80 to 27.80 > 7. 05/8/2014 : 16.40 to 22.60 > 8. 06/8/2014 : 00.00 to 16.20 Via #VOS > Note: All unfilled reserved category seats will be converted to Open on 31 st of July, 2014 Registration time for counselling is from 8:00 A.M to 09:30 A.M. > The candidates must be present personally in the counselling along with Admit Card downloaded by them from BOPEEвs website, all documents in original (including proper certificate for claiming benefit of Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme, a set of attested copies of these documents, and a J&K Bank draft of Rs. 1000/= (non refundable) drawn in favaour of FA/CAO, BOPEE. However, in exceptional cases, where due to any unavoidable circumstances the candidate who is not able to attend the counselling personally, he/she may be represented by his/her duly authorized representative with Letter of Authority from the candidate as per the format prescribed in the Diploma Polytechnic Information Brochure 2014 in this behalf. Candidates who have joined the discipline/institution allotted to them in the first round of counselling shall have to produce the proof of their admission i.e. Admission Receipt from the respective Polytechnic where they have taken their admission and the above mentioned counselling fee is not applicable in their case, however candidates who have missed their first round of counseling or admission shall have to submit missed counselling/admission fee of Rs. 1000/= in the form of J&K Bank Draft/HDFC > The latest seat matrix will be displayed at BOPEE office Jammu and BOPEE website during the period of counselling. The counseling for allotment of Discipline and Institution shall be strictly held as enumerated in Information Brochure-2014 Ref. Page No. 27-28 under heading COUNSELLING FOR ALLOTMENT OF DISCIPLINE/INSTITUTION. > The allotment of seats shall be made to the candidates on the basis of their Merit/Marks, choice and availability of seat at their time of counselling. > Note: The admission process for candidates who shall be allotted discipline in Private Polytechnics shall take place on spot at BOPEE office Jammu. Therefore, candidates attending the above counselling are advised to come prepared in order to full fill all the formalities like college admission fee, all certificates in original including Marks Card of 10th class, photographs etc. for the admission on spot. College Authorities are advised to depute their representatives to the BOPEE office Jammu during the above counselling period in order to ensure smooth admission process of the candidates recommended for admission at the BOPEE office Jammu. These candidates can view their result/Score List (Marks obtained in Entrance Examination, Name, and Percentage etc.) on official website www .jakbopee. org.
