3/1/13 To: Georgia Berrenberg From: Client Justin Erik Bishop CC: Judge Parnall Dear Mrs. Berrenberg, After reading your last letter to me I feel there is a lack of communication between you and I. I will not attempt to surmise the reasoning for this lack of communication. However there are some things I feel you need to fully understand. When I signed the releases for the Department (CYFD), I also signed one for you as well with BBH (Brookville Behavioral Health). I did so and told you, in an e-mail that said, “Please do not allow this communication failure to take place”. There has not been a session go by where I have expressed the “Ultimate need” for interagency cooperation. However, BBH claims, that any attentiveness you’ve made in this arena, they have adequately and repeatedly attended to in return. Since I am not privy to when you communicate with my counselor I cannot say that BBH is not being truthful, nor can I say they are. But I will say, after CYFD’s attorney’s letter that stated that BBH was the ultimate failing I attended to it. However, I will say that after attempting to have my witness not come in, Mrs. Haymaker was very defensive. So much so, she was almost in tears. During the session with my witness, Mrs. Haymaker’s supervisor and her and me, Mrs. Haymaker openly expressed that she was “admittedly” taking my case home with her and sharing details of my case with several others. After being repeatedly interrupted, by Mrs. Haymaker defending against what she has done to ensure zealous reply to anything you have asked. I told her supervisor I felt uncomfortable with how defensive and upset Mrs. Haymaker was. In defense of her “Taking me home with her unprofessionally” (openly in front of her supervisor) she gave me the name of an “Act” in what I surmise is an offering of ammunition against the Department. The morning I took the letter to BBH, Mrs. Haymaker called to inform me of improperly executed releases and then boasted that CYFD or Health and Healing were “P.O.’d” at her because she just didn’t even respond. I am glad that I was able to sign the release that was necessary to bridge the gap of communication. I am just highly saddened that there was a lack of communication between Haymaker and others. I am also glad that Mrs. Haymaker’s supervisor and my witness was there. Despite what you may believe about my ability to handle a situation like the one here and with CYFD, I have handled it very well. I have not blamed or accused anyone or even spoken with elevated tones. A situation like this one should be made note of. I am unaware of all the details in the failed communication. However I have handled even such a big issue preventing me access to my children without one accusation or foul ideation.
