3 1/2 years in Okinawa, it all somehow doesnt seem real. I have been green and blue side here, got medevacd, been in Tokyo for New Years, climbed to station #7 on Mt Fuji, had endless adventures.......and met the love of my life here. I am always overwhelmed to leave a duty station, largely in part because of the people I have met. If I didnt get to tell you bye personally, it wasnt on purpose. I will miss this island so much because of what you all have made it. Thank you, thank you, for another chapter in my life that reminds me why I love what I do. So for now, sayonara Okinawa.
