3/12/2014 9:37 AM Sadly, I have NEVER seen such a collection of misfits, collectively and individually; as I have experienced here in Florida. There is NO DIFFERENCE in the way you conduct operations here as can be seen in gangland or Mafia style of operations. Fear through intimidation and threats, implied or real. And that is NO WAY to live life in any civilized country. It is yet another form of: • Thuggery, • Bullying, • Intimidation through fear, • Favoritism and nepotism, • Cheating and deceptive practices, • Lies replacing truth, • Mental, physical and spiritual ABUSE, • Abuse of authority, even under the color of authority, • Mismanagement with no leadership apparent anywhere, • Rebellion and rabble rousing as the rule of the day, • Equality and equity based on preference over rule, • Evil and vile practice starting each day as though it was consumed as cereal for breakfast, • Fast, frivolous and furious behavior with no thought of repercussive behavior. Seriously, there is no other way to describe this type of behavior as anything short which is found in the underworld, underbelly, and underground style of management. There is no excuse for this type of behavior, except if the behavior has a figurehead like the best run Gangland operations. Or the Devil himself. This behavior is sick, polluted, illogical, irrational, and pure sadism. This operation of yours here has NO MERITS. There is no place for this type of conduct to be found, yet played out, except in those places where illegal and unlawful activities are the rule and order of the day. And that is what I have found extensively in Florida. More specifically central Florida. The basis for the word central is that all things flow from the middle of the fruit. If there is bad fruit, many times it can be traced to the core or centrally. If there are bad operations, leadership is central. If there is bad individual behavior, it is the core or central aspect of that person which is flawed. More specifically the heart, mind and soul. Where I come from, if you are found to be bullying another; matters are usually corrected within 24 -48 hrs. If you are found bullying another, especially a teammate, you are spoken to by someone with authority. You continue in your behavior, and you are counseled with a warning. Followed by being written up; and told No more. If you continue still, you will get your ass handed to you. There is usually no other next time. There is something about getting your lunch eaten, which makes one realize no matter your size; you will still be handled by one or more. And where I come from, we have one-tenth (1/10 ) the problems you have here. You will NEVER get better until you establish some clearcut rules for everyone. Instead of having 110 nationalities here in this country and no uniform rules for anyone; except which is deemed through legal channels and the courts of the land. Your acceptability of the worst behavior as the norm is not to be found even in the jungles or animal kingdom. Only man demonstrates this type of conduct. That is NO WAY to run a house, community, company, county or country. If some of you got your butts kicked, there was good cause and reason. Except this time, Mother Nature is going to ensure lessons are learned first. The humility and honor part will be taught by the Ultimate Authority. It is up to the individual in reading the signs and between the lines. Know your friends will, and keep a wary and watchful eye on your enemies. Next to Las Vegas, the city of Orlando is yet the only other place where I will never grace again; once I finally leave. And I am a man of my word. Now can you see why people live on top of mountain peaks, much like which was depicted on the picture I posted this morning of Tyrol, Austria. People become recluses for usually four (4) reasons: • They inherit the property and cannot or dont want to sell it. • They prefer the quiet and simple life. • They seek or are driven to solitude because of people like YOU. • They are hiding from something, other than YOU. ------------NOT POSTED BELOW THIS LINE ---------
