3 Minute Perfect Pizza in your Home Oven This is a follow up video featuring a method I have mentioned previously - a modified broiler method, and our new Long Handled Super Peel WFO. The method has been tested with and has been very successful with gluten free dough. So, I figured it was about time to try it with regular wheat flour dough. 3 Minutes was easy! In fact, this pizza while perfect for me may be a bit past done for others. So, 2 min to 2 1/2 minutes might suffice. This is a work in progress, but a tasty one!!! Try this and let us all know how you did and any things that you may have learned in the process. https://youtube/edit?o=U&video_id=5hsRSRQz9jI One special note: the baking stone in the video was placed in a large aluminum pan, and insulating material was placed beneath it to retain heat. Vermiculite, perlite or ceramic wool will all work. Without the insulating material, I was able to get to about 650F, which will work fine. Insulated, I am able to consistently get to about 725F(+/-). So, make this pie (dont forget the sausage!!) and enjoy it! - SP-
