3 Positive Things, Day 5 (Final Day) - I get to go to Voter Associate Training. ^_^ Why havent I been doing this since 18? Ill be helping out on voting day to monitor voting, and help people vote for who they meant to vote for. Cant complain about the system if you dont bother to learn it better..... for one state. =/ Better than zero, though. - I have prevented myself from posting negative things for five days. And it was tough! Heck, I have so much stuff I want to be snarky about right now, I can barely contain myself! I cant say being positive is always helpful, but it is certainly a change of pace. Still, article posts didnt fall under that, so maybe a balance of both? - A story: Relative: How does it work when two guys or two girls marry? Me: (Proceeds to explain it changes from couple to couple.) Relative: Would you ever want to change YOUR last name? Me: Nah. Ive thought about it a lot, and Ive grown to love my name. The long version is too long, but the short version is so concise, and four syllables if you skip the junior. Well see if I ever adopt kids, but for myself, it will stay Oscar Soto..... unless I marry Prince Harry of Wales, in which case, I will TOTALLY change my name to Duke Oscar of Wales in a heartbeat!!!!! =D Relative: Oh yea, TOTALLY change it if that happens!
