3 months ago I lost a flight destinated to Germany, leaving from São Paulo - Brazil, thanks to the lack of information from the company Expedia. At the moment I was prevented form boarding the airplane I contacted them to explain what was happening, and after 1h struggling to make them understand that I had to go to Germany that specific day, I was oriented by them to buy another air ticket in the same economy class and after the card bill arrived it was just send them a copy of the bill that I would be reimbursed. Deal, when the bill arrived some time ago I did just what was combined and sent them... after 2 weeks struggling to have an answer, and after the attendants kept throwing me to each others responsability, I finally got an answer that I was going to be reimbursed, but just 1 hour ago they contacted me and said that they wont pay me back anymore, because it was not their fault. So, if any of you intend to buy air tickets or full travel packages just dont choose Expedia Hotels and Flights, a company who doesnt respect their own deals, not even their clients.
